Hi, I’m Kedar Waghmode.
I build AI organizations, products, and engineering teams that deliver measurable business impact.
Over the past 18+ years, I’ve repeatedly taken products from 0 to 1 — building the teams, platforms, and technical foundations that turn ambitious ideas into production systems. My focus has never been AI for AI’s sake. It’s applying machine learning, modern data platforms, and increasingly LLMs and agentic systems to solve difficult business problems and generate real ROI.
I’ve led engineering organizations through every stage of growth: hiring and mentoring high-performing teams, architecting scalable platforms, establishing engineering culture, and shipping AI products used inside some of the world’s most demanding enterprises. The systems I’ve helped build operate in environments where reliability, security, compliance, and trust aren’t optional — from global financial institutions and airlines to government agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
What motivates me is solving hard problems at scale. I enjoy taking an ambiguous problem, assembling the right team, making pragmatic technical decisions, and watching an idea become something customers depend on every day.
I still love building. Whether it’s experimenting with new AI capabilities, prototyping an idea over a weekend, or exploring how emerging technologies change the way we build software, I believe the fastest way to learn is to ship.
